He is survived by his wife, Gertrude “Trude” Lockhart Bell of the home; two daughters, Nancy Puckett of Grayson, GA, Gloria Belcher and her husband, Dewey of Snellville, GA; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Darlene Herron of Rankin, TX, Jean Combs of Aberdeen, MD, Georgia Higgins of Sparta; three brothers, Hurley Bell of Ontario, CA, Roy Bell and his wife, Claudette, of Sparta, Walter Bell of Sparta; several nieces and nephews also survive.
