Linda Sue Heffinger Harrell

Harrell Linda Sue Heffinger Harrell, 62, died unexpectedly Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010 at Johnson City Medical Center.

 She was born in West Virginia to the late Marvin Edward Heffinger and Eva Merle Cochran Heffinger and was preceded in death by two sisters, Nancy Heffinger Donham and Judy "Cookie" Heffinger Noble, and a brother, Ralph Heffinger.

Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Wesley "Dale" Harrell; two children, Matt Harris of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Deborah Causey of Kernersville, N.C.; stepdaughter, Tonia Harrell Cahill of King, N.C.; six grandchildren, Rebecah Causey, Gracie Causey, Libby Causey, Preston Lambert, Matthew Harris, and Lauren Harris; one brother, Jack Heffinger of Anawalt, W.Va.; mother-in- law, Lucy Harrell of Louisa; many special friends, Ruth Blevins and Ann Raber; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16, at Bradley's Funeral Home in Marion with Pastor Mike Sage officiating. Private interment was conducted at Rose Lawn Cemetery.
